Bart has a sense of sarcasm. He has taken to his mission of moving colinist to Vulican and Romius in Book 2. He is so excited for his return trip he can't wait to "dump" (joke) the colonists and get back to the survivors. He is a true soul who seems to be dedicated to his mission.
